– Weight (pounds or kilograms)
– Fitness level (or VO2 Max if known)
– Activity duration
– Save your results with Activity name in the log for easy tracking

– This app does NOT use a generalized list of activities.
– This app calculates calories burned based on your average heart rate over a period of time, which is the most accurate method of estimating calories burned.
– If you do not have a way to measure your heart rate, this app is NOT for you.
